Our Adults programme is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a "physical chess" game that challenges your mind as much as your body.

You don't need to be in shape to start. BJJ is the workout that gets you in shape. You'll build functional strength, explosive power, and incredible cardiovascular endurance while learning the world's most effective self-defence system.

Adults Programme

Not at all. BJJ is the workout that gets you in shape. Our beginners programme is designed to build your fitness and strength gradually.
For your trial, just wear comfortable workout gear (t-shirt and shorts/leggings). We will provide a loaner Gi if needed. No zippers or pockets please.
We recommend 2-3 times per week for beginners to see consistent progress, but even once a week is better than nothing!
Positional sparring is part of the learning process, but you will only participate in full rolling when you and your coach feel you are ready.
